The Salem Airport Passenger Terminal consisists of two primary areas. The main terminal area is 13,000 sqare feet and contains airline ticketing, baggage claim, car rentals and arriving passenger waiting area. The second part of the terminal is the passenger departure lounge is 3,600 square feet and contains two departure gates. Both areas have restrooms and are connected by the security screening corridor. Gate 1 is used for passegers of airlines that do not require TSA screening.
